5. Tutor Services

Tutors on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of WeMaster. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of tutor services. Users are responsible for evaluating tutors and their qualifications.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed through our secure payment system
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in our cancellation policy
• Disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WeMaster, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeMaster or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the service.
